Removed messagboards classs that is not used any more,

supervisormessageboard, and made so that messageboard can be genarally
used like commentthread, they implement the same interface and made
some formatfixes.

Base implementation of external auth support is mostly done at this point
...
This commit contains an activated mockup filter (see web.xml) to fake the remoteUser, the 'su'-functionality in the old authentication methods has been refactored to support switching users on the fly.
Still to be done is some refactoring, testing and adding support for activating/deactivating usage of external authentication via application settings
