added checkbox so supervisors may hide ideas from student selection. also added that if a supervisor only have one available research area, this is being used by default in the radiochoice

turnitinlink is now visible if there is a turnitin url. if the worker fails uploading one file, exception is caught and it will still try uploading the next one rather than stopping all uploads. also the worker doesnt query for urls anymore, we now do that every time the turnitinlink is clicked
