(Thesis Leankit 3481)

If an author had his/her project set as inactive - for different reasons - and the person gets a new project, then it must be checked whether there are previous individual activities that were completed (e.g. peer reviews, active participation, oppositions). If yes, they should be inherited in the new project.

It must also be checked whether there are completed common activities (phase 2, final seminar) from previous projects. If yes, Thesis Support/Grua/Study Director must decide whether these can be inherited in the new project. The assessment is made depending on whether the thesis is within the same subject or not. If the subject is the same, a manual project can be created and TS can determine what is included in the common activities in consultation with GRUA/Director of Studies.

Please NOTE that if, for example, phase 2 and the final seminar have already been done, then only one author is allowed by thesis support in the new project, i.e. no new co-authors - starting from scratch - are allowed in the new project.
