Refactor: Add exception handling and remove if-checks
- Added custom exceptions (UserBusinessException, ValidationException, UnauthorizedException)
- Added GlobalExceptionHandler for consistent error responses
- Refactored UserService to throw exceptions instead of returning booleans
- Updated UserController to use consistent ResponseEntity returns
- Improved error handling with proper HTTP status codes
