Fixes #62

How to test

  1. Log in as admin
  2. Go to "Admin / Match / Application periods"
  3. Click "Edit exemptions" on the period
  4. Add the same exemption twice to "Sture Student"

Delete Branch "duplicate-application-period-exemption"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
